At The Detox Market, we want you to love your green beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or store credit on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are at least 50% full and in their original packaging; please note that samples, final sale items, and certain hygiene products are non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer success team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided; ensure any previous shipping labels on the box are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
